Frequently asked questions
How soon will I hear back after submitting the form?
We reply as quickly as we can, usually within one or two working days. If the form already describes the size of the site, the problem you want to solve and rough timing, that first reply can go straight to what is workable and roughly what it takes to deploy — saving a round of questions.
Can we run a small trial or a POC first?
Yes. For UWB there is a Start Kit (6 anchors, 2 tags, 1 receiver and the back-end software) that lets system integrators and end users validate feasibility first; Bluetooth and Wi-Fi solutions can equally be proven in a single zone before going wider. Once proven, expand to the full RTLS platform.
We are not sure which technology fits. Can we ask first?
Of course. UWB, Bluetooth 6.0 Channel Sounding and Wi-Fi each suit different sites and budgets, and choosing the wrong one costs far more than starting a little later. Tell us about the site, the problem and the budget range, and we will suggest the combination that fits — we will not push the most expensive option.
