1. What we collect

This site does not ask for bank account, credit card or national identification numbers. If you volunteer such information in the enquiry field, we delete it once the enquiry is confirmed.

2. Purpose and use

• Answering your enquiry and providing services — contacting you, explaining the technology, quoting, or arranging a site assessment.
• Maintaining and improving the site — understanding which content is actually read and which pages have problems.
• Measuring advertising — judging whether advertising produces genuine enquiries, so budget is not wasted.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those stated here.

3. Cookies and third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, which set cookies or collect usage data in your browser:

How to opt out: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or turn off personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings. Disabling cookies does not prevent you reading this site, but embedded features such as the form and the map may not display correctly.

4. Disclosure and international transfer

We do not provide your personal data to third parties except where:

• you have consented;
• it is necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example a site assessment carried out jointly with a partner, notified to you in advance); or
• required by law, or by a judicial or administrative authority following due process.

The services listed in section 3 are operated from outside Taiwan, so your browsing data and form submissions may be processed and stored on servers outside Taiwan.

5. Retention

Contact and enquiry data you provide is retained until the purpose of collection ends (for example a project closes with no further contact) or until you ask us to delete it, unless a statutory retention period applies. Browsing and analytics data follows each provider’s default retention settings.

6. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, in respect of personal data we hold you may:

• enquire about it or request to review it;
• request a copy;
• request that it be supplemented or corrected;
• request that collection, processing or use cease;
• request deletion.

Please contact us using the details at the end of this page; we will act once your identity is confirmed. No fee is charged for the first four; a reasonable cost may be charged for producing a copy.

7. Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, and access is limited to staff who need it. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

Any revision is published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced prominently on the site.
