UWB 3D Real-Time Positioning Demo — Position and Height, All at Once
Most indoor positioning answers only “which zone”. This demo answers “which zone, and at what height”. As the object moves between desk, floor and shelf, the 3D view tracks position and height together — UWB measured, up to 10 cm accuracy.

Why height is the hard part
Most indoor positioning systems output a floor-plan coordinate only, answering “which zone”. On a real site the same coordinate can mean very different things: is the box on the floor, on the desk, or already on the third level of the rack? Is the worker in the ground-floor aisle or on the maintenance platform above it? Without the height axis, the system cannot tell these apart.
P-Square resolves three-dimensional coordinates with UWB ToA / TDOA / PDOA, making height a value you can read in real time. The three demonstrations in the video map to three site requirements:
- Every height, in real time — the box moves between desk, floor and shelf and the height follows immediately: put-away, picking and stock management.
- Stationary means locked, no drift — once the object stops, the coordinate settles instead of jittering. A system that drifts cannot support geofencing or dwell-time analytics.
- Continuous path reproduced live — a simulated drone flight, with the 3D path tracked throughout: indoor drones and work at height.
